I am writing this to express how happy I am with the results of my Bodybuzz EMS workouts. Let me explain. I am a 76-year-old female who has been suffering from osteoporosis since the age of 55. At age 55 I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and have been taking on and off, various medications to increase bone density. Because of the very unpleasant side effects of these medications, I would go off them for various periods of time only to find that my bone density, during those periods, had declined. So, I would start again with a different osteoporosis medication. Since 2019 I have had spontaneous fractures of both feet while taking osteoporosis medicine. These fractures were not a result of a fall or accident, the bone just fractured. After talking with a specialist and doing some of my own research, I discovered that all the wonderful osteoporosis medicines contain bisphosphonates. Bisphosphonates create bone weakness, specifically in the femur and foot bones, frequently resulting in fractured bones. So isn’t it ironic that these medications taken to increase bone density can actually create bone fractures! I stopped taking any kind of osteoporosis medication just over two years ago. I had a bone density scan a few days ago and expected a poor result. Much to my joy, my bone density actually went UP, not by a huge amount, but certainly a better result than I expected. The only thing I can attribute it to is my consistent EMS workouts since starting Bodybuzz. I have not changed my diet and I actually take less calcium that I did previously. I think even my doctor was surprised, she just told me to continue whatever I was doing since it worked! So, I will definitely be continuing with my Bodybuzz EMS workouts.

My friend introduced me to this kind of workout… and so glad she did! Short but intense work out. The first time I did this, I was sore for 4 days lol but in the best way. Before covid I worked out 5-6 times a week at the gym for hours. I felt healthy and fit, but I also felt worn out trying to make time for the gym every day while juggling a demanding job and a family. During covid the gym shut down and so did all of my motivation. Believe it - BODYBUZZ EMS workouts are an amazing workout for so many reasons. I saw real changes in my body in less than a month -- changes I had never experienced before from cardio programs or from working out with personal trainers for years. Plus, the workouts take only 20 minutes a few times a week. I know - it sounded hard to believe to me too at first, but now I'm just sorry I didn't find BODYBUZZ EMS years ago. If you're in the San Diego area, FIONA is a wonderful trainer. She is simultaneously kind and patient, but tough and no nonsense.     With our EMS Workout you get a total body workout in 20 minutes, all in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This is only made possible by using the EMS SuperSuit. The suit simultaneously provides Electrical Muscle Stimulation to all ten major muscle groups. It is not necessary to run, pedal, or row, in order to get your heart rate into the optimum zone. All you need to do is activate your muscles through simple body-weight movements and the SuperSuit takes over from there. Plus, since we send a personal trainer to your home, you will not waste time driving to a gym, looking for parking, or waiting for a piece of exercise equipment. A simple 20 minute EMS Workout twice a week provides your body with all the exercise needed to make rapid improvements.

    A traditional workout lasts about an hour and typically only targets two or three muscle groups during a session. For best results you want to exercise every muscle group at least twice each week. That means you’ll need 4-6 sessions each week. That’s 4-6 hours! Plus, unless you have a personal trainer coming to your home, you will also spend time driving back and forth to a gym. It’s no wonder people struggle to stick to an exercise routine.
